Well not here in google but in the old original newsgroups in the RASS usergroups? I remember those days well! Even before it was broken up into subgroups (adding the misc for example).

I recall that going around back in the 90s. Now it is a thing in the mainstream.

As far as researchers have been able to find out - the originator of
this phrase is none other than Margaret Thatcher. She was elected
prime minister on may 4, 1979, and her party had large banners that
read "may the fourth be with you, Maggie. Congratulations" to
celebrate. So, a bit older than rassm :)
