بهدف معرفة أساليب وطرق إعداد وتصميم نظم إدارة الجودة الشاملة وعملية التخطيط لها وكيفية تنفيذها الإستراتيجي؛ وكذا قياس خطوات تطبيق عملية الإدارة الإستراتيجية لها كانت ورشة اليوم والتي تعرض لمحاور عدة منها: إدارة التخطيط الٍإستـراتيجي للجودة الشاملة من حيث المفهوم والأهمية، كيفية التعامل مع الإستراتيجية وأساليب التخطيط الإستراتيجي للجودة الشاملة، نموذج الخطة الإستراتيجية وتنظيم عملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي للجودة الشاملة، التخطيط الإستراتيجي ومسؤليات الإدارة.
مستهدفين بذلك كافة العاملين بإدارات الجودة والرقابة والمتابعة والتخطيط وكل ذي الصلة.

Posts in Russian or Chinese usually come out with all kinds of
weird characters on my newsreader, mostly a capital A with
inappropriate diacritics. I saw this one as mostly capital O
with a slash through it.

started off at the right instead of the left, and moved towards the
left, it was like those people driving on the wrong side of the road in
Britain.
