Check out the Interview at

Towards the end of this interview Grover Crisp refers to the Lawrence
of Arabia restoration which
had just started at the time of the interview(10th March 2011) and
states that it will take a year
to complete. He also states that the negative is being scanned at 8K.
Does he literally mean the negative?
What negative; the original camera negative? the 65MM dupe negative?
Or perhaps the 65MM Interpos.
I thought that they completed the transfer of LOA 3 years ago.
I hope this time they get the tent scene with the propern "night
ambience".
