I am looking for any leads for a local Sound Mixer to the Great Rift
Valley in Kenya, Africa from September 16 thru October 3, 2008. It
would help if he or she had experience with the Cantar. Please contact
or have your referral contact me directly. Thank you.

Malwi, Tangenika, New Orleans.... one out of three ain't too bad. I
would love to visit Victoria Falls and the great inland lakes of the
dark continent...

But you want the guy to have and be able to operate a cantar, right?

This requirement is stringent, so one will have to come up with
innovative alternatives - depending on the unconfirmed opinion that
there is no sound guy with a cantar in Kenya...

best possible idea i can come up with as of now - if you can find a
sound guy out there, train him with a Cantar - one trip to Grenoble or
wherever convenient. Then give him a Cantar to work with on this
project and then go through hell trying to get it off his hands... ;)
