'Brazil': magic realism meets 'The Trial'

Not sure why it's called 'Brazil,' except that

1) it's magic realist

2) it's like the Nazis who escaped to Brazil took control

3) the tune 'Brazil' goes with surreal dancing. Not that there's any
dancing in it, but the snooty restauranteur walks on his toes.

I say it's magic realism meets 'The Trial.' What other combinations
does it evoke for people?
