ID this pre-1975 animated "Pied Piper"?

As I dimly remember, it was realistically drawn and was narrated with
at least some of Robert Browning's lines. The only scene I remember is
the one where the lame boy doesn't make it into the mountainside.

Clearly, not the Disney version.

I asked at Booksleuth and someone suggested the 17-minute British
cartoon with Peter Ustinov as the narrator. From 1970.

Has anyone seen it?

Yes. No luck. (That is, I included "1970" and "Ustinov" - in two

The only 1969 version on Youtube is a very primitive one by the
students at Van Buren. I didn't have to look twice at that one.
