Kamal Haasan refuses to bow down!

It seems Kamal Haasan is controversy's child. Be it his personal life
or professional, he is always making news. Recently, his forthcoming
film 'Manmadhan Ambu' ran into trouble as a Hindu Political party
opposed the lyrics penned by Haasan. The organization claimed that
the song hurt their values and sentiments.

The political party also asked the song to be removed from the film;
however, Haasan is in no mood to handle such tantrums. Present at a
promotional event in Kochi, Haasan made is stand clear, "The film has
been certified by the Censor Board. So there is no question of
deleting the particular song from the film."

Apart from Kamal, the movie stars R Madhavan and Trisha in lead
roles. 'Manmadhan Ambu' has been directed by K.S. Ravi Kumar and
produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin. The film is going to be a Christmas
release

Hundreds of Hindu Munnani cadres led by State HM Secretary Sri
Thirunavukkarasu Elango demonstrated in front of this third rate
actor's residence. He had to call them inside for a discussion. He
was accompanied by Director K.S.Ravikumar. Initially, he behaved
arrogantly, but when the HM leaders put their foot down and told him
that they would release millions of CDs of his film and distribute to
the masses freely, he came down on his knees.

Meanwhile, Udayanithi Stalin (Deputy CM's son), who was the producer
of the film, after learning about the protests had suggested the
sexual pervert Kamal that the song could be removed. As the assembly
election is fast approaching, the DMK, which is already on a sticky
wicket, didn't want to lose Hindu votes. Finally Kamal released a
press statement confirming the removal of the song from the movie. It
was undoubtedly a great victory for Hindu Munnani.

Earlier Hindu Makkal Katchi slapped legal notices on him and the
producers.

The outrageous song insulting Devi Varalakshmi and Bhagwan Narayana
was penned by Kamal himself.

Hindu Munnani is not a political party, but affiliated to RSS. The
"Hindu" political party BJP did nothing as usual.

What are the actual lyrics of the song that are objectionable?

Was the censor board approached?
