"Piku," an offbeat Hindi comedy, would have you
contemplate the intestines and mortality of one Bhashkor
Banerji and the actor who plays him, Amitabh Bachchan.
Bhashkor's life and conversation may revolve around his
constipation and fussy hypochondria, but there's no
mistaking the scene-stealing energy that Mr. Bachchan,
India's erstwhile Angry Young Man, musters for his new
role of Cranky Old Man.
