The story line concerns four characters dealing with loss in one form
or another, but since Ms. Biel's role is a stripper I see unfortunate
parallels to Marisa Tomei in 'the Wrestler'. Unfortunate in that they
are going to be made that is.

Seems it can be termed 'one of _those_ films...', but exactly what
define "those", in this case, remains to be seen.
Maybe in the modern cinema, actors take chances with these type of
films in order to work with more accomplished actors, (according to
IMDB;)
