Art/Design Schools in Montreal?

Hello all... I am searching for a decent art/design school in Montreal.
I was accepted into the Illustration program at the Ontario College of
Art, but I can't afford to live in Toronto.

I would be looking for something design/graphic art oriented (though I
have also been trying to get into architecture since last year). Especially
appreciated are comments about Concordia's Design department/program.

I was considering l'Ecole des Beaux-arts, but I don't think my French is
strong enough to hack an entire art/design curriculum, which is why the
UQAM, U. de M., and the Polytechnique are secondary choices.

Any response is greatly appreciated. Also, please feel free to crosspost
this to any applicable groups; I stumbled here semi-accidentally, and I'm
not sure if this is the best newsgroup.
