Seventeen of you have responded, including nine nominees. Keep it up and
read the rules below!

Now, some clarifications and additions to the rules:

1.) You *can* vote for yourself once you or your post has been
nominated. In fact, I expect you too if you have been nominated and have
an incentive for you to do so (see below).

2.) You may change your ballot. Just send in a new ballot and I'll
delete the old one. If you do this too many times though (3 or more) and
you are nominated for Most Annoying, I will apply it as a fourth tiebreaker
<see below :-> !

3.) I have a tie-breaking procedure, which consists of:

a.) first tiebreaker--if two nominees tie for first place in a category
and one voted while the other one didn't, the one who voted wins.
EXCEPTION--Most Annoying. If two nominees tie for first in *this
category only* and one didn't vote, the NON-voter wins the
tiebreaker!

b.) second tiebreaker--if two nominees tie for first and both voted,
then the one who voted for himself/herself in that category wins.

c.) third tiebreaker-if two nominees tie for first and both voted for
themselves, then the one who recieved the most nominations wins.
(Also works if neither votes).

4.) I do allow ties. Each tie is worth 1/2 vote. No 3 or more way ties
allowed.
