Dick Tracy, Charlie Brown and the entire comic strip pantheon lost a friend
yesterday, with the death of a Comic-Con founder. Sheldon "Shel" Dorf
succumbed to diabetes-related complications at Sharp Memorial Hospital. He
was 76.
