IntroComp09 - (Slight) Extension on Intent to Enter Deadline

Greetings, everyone.

I meant to post a reminder on the Intent to Enter deadline for
IntroComp, but failed to do so. As such, here's the reminder, albeit
late, and I'll extend the deadline until the 20th at midnight.

Currently, it appears to be a field of four entries. A good enough
number for my taste, but if anyone else wants to throw their hat in
the ring, here's your chance...
