Off-Topic: New York IF authors/fans?

I am in the process of launching a blog about technology and craft for
the Science Channel, and am looking to make contact with IF authors
and/or aficionados who are based in the greater New York City area.

Also, if you have written (or would like to discuss) games based on
New York City, I would be very interested in making contact with you
regardless of where you live.

I am only a dabbler in IF myself, but I did at one point design and
teach a class on TADS 2 for 5-8 graders ;)

rec.arts.int-fiction is a great discussion list and I always enjoy
reading it, so thanks for that.
