What are the best works of amateur IF you know of that had more than one
person involved in producing them, not counting testers?

Alabaster springs to mind as an excellent example of a highly
collaborative work. One of my favourite ever games, Slouching Towards
Bedlam, was a collaboration between Daniel Ravipinto and Star Foster.

I've started to tag IFDB games with 'collaboration' (only Alabaster,
Earl Grey, and Bedlam is what I could think of so far).

There also is the 'many authors' IFDB tag.

You could cross-reference these tags with the game's rating on IFDB to
find the best collaborations.

"Mrs. Pepper's Nasty Secret" is a collaboration. I doubt it would/
should make any "best" lists, but it's a good little game.

The Sleeping Princess

Mission From Short

The Hobbit: The True Story

The Lighthouse

Lo Scarafaggio

Pick Up the Phone Booth and Aisle

Where Evil Dwells

Across The Stars: The Ralckor Incident

Riverside

Beyond

History Repeating

Psyche's Lament

An Escape To Remember

What Happens in Vagueness

And many others. ;)

Kind regards,
Victor

There is a game released under the GPL that I helped program called
Spaceship!, which is probably the most collaborative IF game ever made
due to it having 40 or so known contributors (not including testers),
and an unknown number of anonymous contributors. The game itself is
not of the quality of Alabaster, but it is still quite fun, and
unique.
