Now most of the pictures have short description files you can read
and
download. The first two lines of the description (usually title and
year of the picture) are shown right beside the filename of the
picture. A click to the left link shows the picture, a click to the
right link brings the description file. The Directory of Pierre
Bonnard illustrates this technique well.
[*]New Directory Names
Some directories have been renamed according to Mark Harden's
international spelling (f.e. DUERER to DURER, RAFFAEL to RAPHAEL,
TIZIAN to TITIAN) or to reflect multipart names (f.e. ANGELICO to
FRA_ANGELICO, ELGRECO to EL_GRECO, VANGOGH to VAN_GOGH). You may
use
this list of changed names.
