After his conviction, for the murder of some 33 young men, serial killer
John Wayne Gacy spent decades on death row.
In his cell in Illinois, Gacy spent much of his time painting.
Of the half-dozen works I got directly from Gacy, there are two paintings
I now offer for sale:
1. ---------- "Cardinals" ----------
A 14"x18" piece done in acrylic, it pictures three cardinal birds perched
among flowered branches. Signed with his full name on the front, labeled &
signed on the back. - ASKING $175.00
=================================
2. ----- "Mountain Woodland in Fall" ------
A 18"x24" work in oil, its a scenic woodland scene with a lake. Mountains
in background, very rustic. Features the 7 dwarfs (of Disney fame)
marching lakeside in the foreground. Includes artist's name block painted
on front, labeled & numbered on back. - ASKING $275.00
================================
Both paintings were sent to me by JW Gacy himself, a few years before his
execution by lethal injection. Both "collector's item" pieces are priced
to sell & could probably be re-sold for 2 to 3x my asking prices.
Interested? EMAIL ME DIRECTLY at p...@primenet.com
I am open to negotiation, but ask that ONLY serious-minded parties get in
touch. Please, no flakes. Thank you.
===============================
Perhaps the seller can let us know who is going to profit from this sale
?

And there were claims by other inmates that Gacy didn't paint all of them.
He had other inmates paint in order to keep up with demand...
And they weren't great art, so how would you confirm they were done by him?
You are complete and utter scum.

A guy who was communicating with J.W. Gacy and collected his "art" asks that

And the Chicago Art Institute was kind enough to give him an exhibition...
Nice, isn't it?

A very decent man! Who gets the money from his sales?

Sounds like he sold his soul.
