I have recently visited the Musee d'Orsay in Paris and saw a painting of some
guys installing a wooden floor. Does anyone know the artist, name of painting
and also if I would be able to reproduce this on a business card?
Many thanks

[That was by Gustave Caillebot, (a stunning painting, by the way-
I saw it in the travelling Impressionist show a few years back) and
no,I don't think it would work very well on a business card. If you're
enquiring about the legality of reproducing it, that would depend on the
copyright on the photograph you'd be using. Although the artist died in
1894, and the work itself is out of copyright, the reproductions are
covered by the photographer's copyright, which is usually assigned to
the museum which owns the painting or the publisher printing it in a book.]
