I want large moulds 3- 5 ft tall and long - up to 10 feet for sculpturing 3
D pictures onto walls where I can cover with plaster or whatever. I've seen
the work at showhomes, but don't know what goes inside.

basically you model the piece in clay or plastilene (oil-clay) and take
a plaster mold of it. After removing the clay, you can use grease or soap
as a separator and cast the final piece in the mold.

A word of warning. Have you realized how heavy ornaments you are making?
Lifting it up and bolting onto wall is an art itself. Try with smaller
pieces first.
If you approach alt.sculpture NG, there are professional who are willing to
tell
much more.
