Hey, I notice in one hour Arts In The Park is starting over at
Lakebottom...

http://www.columbusculturalarts.com/members.cfm

was thinking of going to see what my artist pals are up to these days,
so I may be outta here for a while, and get to all these other dozens
of messages later. I know Eileen D'estero and June Floyd will be
there, two artists worth the trip to see just by themselves.

No, you're wrong Whistlisp, Doo-Nanny is a free event, even the food
was given away.

Since you snipped all the content for this silly post of yours, here's
more Doo-Nanny info:

http://doo-nanny.com/

Begun as a roadside folk art show in 1996, the Doo-Nanny is now
located on a beautiful 80 acre farm in Seale, AL, near Columbus, Ga,
and includes a wacky "lo-fi" film festival, fun food, and and eclectic
assortment of music and activities.

......start tying stuff to your roof now.......

The fall Doo will have many of the same features you are familiar
with, but with more of a "harvest-time" flavor....pies, jellies, jams,
jerky, etc, and, of course....appropriate costumery.......there will
be an emphasis on the already rich trade/swapping that naturally goes
on among our family of art friends, with an official Barter
Faire.......we also hope to have the new sauna, hot showers, and wood-
fired pizza oven ready.

Come all ye inventors, movie makers, ballerinas, bikers, morticians,
bakers, artists, conspiracy theorists, scientists, foodies, eco-
whatevers, moonshiners, comedians, fire-spinners, yodelers, he-shes,
animal-trainers, pickle-makers, party girls, sock monkeys, stackers,
jugglers, musicians, whittlers, spankers, fisherpersons, beggers,
wanderers, and map-makers.......

...now have a nice day, Whistlelisper.
