Please help ID this painting

I need help with a water color painting which I inherited from my
grandmother. I would like to identify the artist and, if possible,
determine its value for insurance purposes. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

The painting is a rural landscape titled "Grasmere". I beleive my
grandmother acquired the painting in Tucson, Arizona. There is a
Grasmere in Idaho and England. The signature is "P.B.W. '42". I know that
there was an artist working in the western U.S. during that period by the
name of Paul Broadwell Williamson but I have no idea whether or not the
work is his. Is anyone familiar with his work or any other artist who fits
this description? Any and all help or suggestions would be greatly
