Hi

I would be very interested in any comments you might have on my
paintings. My son has put some scans together. Have a look at

http://members.xoom.com/sheilamull/index.html

They are oil-paintings of Scottish landscapes.. thank you for any help!

Sheila

They are an interesting collection. It is difficult to see quite what
they are from the thumbnails, not all loaded for me, and not all came
up to a larger size when I clicked onto them.

I liked some of the van gogh type pictures, like 'The Cruel Mother' and
'Kilnpot Wood' - they look as if they were fun to paint!

I wasn't sure about some of the more abstract ones like 'Kinnel Near Elizatown',
the colours are bold and the over all effect fun, but I don't really see
how the geographic location as a name helps much.

I liked the realistic 'Scaurhead' it gives quite a feeling of being in the
country.

Peter

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry you had trouble getting the page to
load... Xoom seems to have been having some problems recently. I'll ask
my son to check if there are any other better offers of free webspace.
Glad you liked the pictures...

Sheila: there are many free accounts available now with unlimited
website space. You might try tescos, free-online or freeserve - they all
seem to be ok.
Good luck.
