WATER COLOR PAINTING NEWS GROUP ?

Hello to all;
I am new to water colors after years in oil. Is there a news group dedicated to
this demanding art form ?
Water colors present a completly differant approach than oils. As a neophyite
in this medium I would appreciate some guidance.( really,any guidance)

Work light to dark. Don't glaze staining colors over sedimentary.
Buy a copy of the wilcox book before buying a lot of paint. When
you understand why the first two comments were made, ignore them.
