Sources of Asian art (Chinese painting, Ukiyo-e, etc.)

Hi there,

I work for a business research operation that publishes online. In the
same vein as publications such as Harvard Business Review & McKinsey
Quarterly,
we would like to feature artistic images with our articles, but since
our focus is largely on (East) Asian business, I guess we are talking
about appropriately themed art.

So the question is, how can we go about obtaining the rights to feature
such art, obtaining royalty-free art, etc.? Ideally, we could
collaborate with art schools/museums/galleries and feature their works
in exchange for acknowledgment and a link to their sites/catalogs. Any
good leads?
