Trying to identify ARTIST Oil on Canvas

I have run across a piece of artwork, Oil on Canvas
that was in a local Estate and in their private bedroom,
but have been unable to identify it.
It is of a landscape, Stream/Mountain

P.S. The piece is 20" x 16" at the stretched canvas, frame is 21.5" x
25.5"

engraved by Jazet)
Engraving size: 30" w x 20" h, White Border 32" w x 24" H, Frame:
44-1/2" w x 34" h
My research says that it was done in 1832
