Need French Artist Info

I a painting from an antique dealer in a section of Paris called Montmartre
about three weeks ago. This is an area that artists have lived such as Van
Gogh.

The two women are wearing scarves and the man is wearing a typical French
hat and a white collar. They have a basket and are working on a fishing net.
The painting came with a frame and was painted on the back of a board, not a
canvas.

The board that it was painted on, on the back, looks like an art container
or billboard, because it has a color palette and "FOIRE DU R...(before it is
cut)", French words meaning "Fair (or market) of ...".

The painting is signed "G. LE BMONE". The "MO" are not well formed and may
be other letters or three letters. By the dress of the people in the scene,
it may be 100 years old.

I'm looking for artist and painting information and some ball park figure on
what this painting may be worth.
