Years ago in an art book I saw a very dark self portrait of an artist. I am
not sure who it was or even what time period. I was told that he was a very
dark indivual who was said to have some mental problems which would explain the
darkness he used in his self portrait.
I know it isn't Van Gogh or Picasso.
If anyone knows of a stange self portrait and could send me in the right
direction of a website that may have a picture or if you know what painting I
am talking about please e-mail me.
