Plenty of food, beverages, world music, arts and crafts for sale, and
much more! There will also be a walk-on chalk muraling area for
artists of all ages and an ABSOLUT ART GALLERY showing the works of
participating artists. Don't miss the 11th annual ABSOLUT CHALK Street
Painting Festival. Must be seen to be believed!!!!!!
Yeah, we got one of these too. I seen it. Anyone else hate that chalky
feeling chalk gives yer hands? Hans? Linda? (Chalk, pastels,
whatever...it's not manly enough for me)
Here,s a no-bullshit artist who got fame as a chalk artist. Check out
his abilities on his website.
An artist of his abilities doesn't need museums and Artzy fartzy
patronage. Read what someone with superior abilities can do without
spouting a load of pseudo-intellectual baffelgab.

I hate the shrieking noise and the feel of charcoal sticks, I can't
stand it. It's mainly because of this that I always work with a
pencil.

Yeah! Unmanly and unwomanly too! Nothing like a
hot pot of roofing tar to paint pavement with, IMHO!
With a dipper full of hot tar one can emulate
the Great Dripper or even re-create celestial sights
like the Big Dipper (connect the dots).

For improving the 'feel' and ending the 'shrieking'
you might find a little 3-in-One oil works wonders!
Or as a non-toxic alternative, a little baby oil...
