Fine Art Print market in America

Dear All,

I run a mail order fine art print/framing business in the UK. I am very
interested to have any details of how the retail fine art business is
structured in the USA. Are there a wide variety of works readily available
on every street? or are they sold, as is the case in the UK, largely through
specialist framing stores? How easy is it, for instance, to get hold of New
York Graphic Society prints and "British" art works. I apologise in advance
for the commercial nature of this enquiry, but I would deeply value any
information regarding the nature of the US retail/mail order fine art
print/framing market. Please reply to this news group,
