Book on 19th Century Photographic Portraits

I'd like to get my hands on a book containing large prints of
photographic portraits taken in the mid 1800s through the early 1900's.
Of particular interest to me are portraits of women and children. Can
anyone suggest such a book?

Are you asking about a book that is currently in
print? If not, your best bet is to go to the
largest public or university library near you
and browse the "portrait" section there, as well
as the "rare book archive" or whatever it's
called at that library - the section where they
have historical stuff that they don't allow to
be checked out.
