I am a writer working on a piece of fiction and had a question I hoped someone
here could help me with. I have one scene where an art foundation sends a
representative to an art auction outside the United States. I wanted the
auction to take place in a sketchy city -- corrupt, high crime rate, that sort
of thing. Is there any city you can suggest that would fit this criteria?
