Sara Shamma has been shortlisted for the venerable BP Portrait Award
for a self-portrait. The exhibition opens June 17 at the National
Portrait Gallery in London.
Cecil Herring has a bronze sculpture, "Maid, 2003," on exhibition at
the EPCOT Annual Flower Show in the sculpture garden. This show runs
April 16 - June 6, 2004. She is also showing several new large
abstract paintings and landscapes at the Orlando Marriott Downtown Art
Gallery from May 3 - July 30, 2004.
Steve Danzig, and the International Digital Artists Association have
secured funding to publish a book to include essays, articles and
approximately 500 images - with subsequent annual periodicals
thereafter. He expects early 2005 for the first release.
Erik Pevernagie had a small painting, "Just for a moment" auctioned at
William Doyle, New York.
