MGM Artist oil painting for sale

Original Oil on canvas by Russell Roberts, titled "Hairy Moccasin", painted
in 1978. Roberts was a studio painter of posters for MGM for many years
& then became Art Director for the studio. This piece is 24" x 30" and is
labeled Custer's guide. It is a magnificant painting of the upper body in full
feathered headress. Roberts did artwork for Tarus Bulba with Tony Curtis
& Yul Brynner. He also did artwork for the Alamo. 12 of his original
paintings are in the John Wayne Estate. He also did artwork on many
other movies. There is a book available on the art and artists who
created movie-art-posters and Russell Roberts is one of the artists listed
in this book. Roberts signed this piece with both Baha'i and AD dates.
Roberts died around 1989. The asking price is $9,000.00. Polaroids are
