Check in your local bookstore for a 1999 Artists and Graphic
Design Handbook. They have an agents section.

If you can get one interested enough in you to send a contract,
make **SURE** you have a lawyer explain what the fine print means.

Damian: I don't believe that Manchester has many agents - you may have
to look to London or Edinburgh. I suggest you get hold of a copy of
_Galleries_ (you should be able to get one at the Whitworth Gallery) and
also _Artists Newsletters_ in which several agents advertise.

If you Email with more specific information I will give you some
contacts in London - the company that represents me deals with
everything from antiques to prints and new contemporary art.
