I don&#39;t draw &lt;br&gt; the same conclusion that this is &amp;quot;before&amp;quot; the time lock is &lt;br&gt; established, but part of this is because I&#39;m reluctant to use terms &lt;br&gt; like &#39;before&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;after&amp;quot; loosely in conjunction with the time war.
