The kid was Sarah Jane's adopted son.
The woman with the books was the descendent of the fiance of humanified
Doctor from "Human Nature" / "Family of Blood".
And of course the last woman was Rose Tyler.

Egyptian culture demanded worship of the monarch, who was effectively
'God', which was a common Near Eastern practise from Sargon of Akkad
to Constantine.

And indeed Sutekh is worshipped, he is the same Sutekh/Set of the
Egyptian pantheon, and Ibrahim Namin is one of his worshippers, as his
father was before him, and his father's father, and his father's
father's father, and his father's father's father's father, and so on

It's hard to draw much from that, because it's so short. I don't draw
the same conclusion that this is "before" the time lock is
established, but part of this is because I'm reluctant to use terms
like 'before" or "after" loosely in conjunction with the time war. I
don't think it makes sense to think in terms of there being a "before"

Yes, just keep telling yourself that the "big ratings collapse" will
come, like you have for the past five years.
Hopefully, some day this nightmare where Doctor Who is one of the
highest-watched shows on television will come to an end, and it can go
back to being the laughable playground joke whose fans get roughed up
