It occurs to me that with Rose and Jackie hopping over from the
permanently sealed Alternative Universe for the Christmas Farewell
Binge, perhaps the Other Doctor will pop along for the ride. I wonder
if they're married yet; and should we be calling her Mrs. Doctor.
perhaps there'll be the patter of tiny Doctors too.

It'd be too funny if He regenerates into Matt Smith too. A DW First
with a Double (Double) Regeneration.

Imagine the look on Her face.

Cute, but almost definitely not. The alternate-universe Doctor can't
regenerate (he's part human, has one heart, and the "real" Doctor
clearly stated he'll grow old with Rose and won't regenerate). Also,
from what I can tell from set-photos, etc., the Rose and Jackie
appearing in the special aren't from the alternate universe, but are
the ones living in London *before* they met the Doctor (it looks like
Sigma Ood is giving the Doctor a tour of his life, a la Scrooge).

Sigh. As you well know it was stated in the show that the other "Doctor"
would age like a human, therefore he can't regenerate.
