This writer is good!
Yes you see Gwen and Rhys but then you wonder who is this Adam?
Looks like an alien infiltrator.
Adam faked his acceptance wiping out Gwen's memories of Rhys.
This is a must see!! Mystery and intrigue, and boy you suddenly
see how vunerable Torchwood Cardiff can get without proper checks and balances.

Well, after all the bashing you`ve given this series over the last
couple years you certainly seem to have come round on it. I`m not as
impressed with s2 as you are ( although you`re actual ratings seem low
compared to your glowing mini reviews... ) but it was definately a big
improvement.
How on earth do you like S2 - that started with the ultimate
snogfest between Jack and John?

I don't know about Yads, but I thought that worked... I don't like
"throwing sex at it" just the sake of having sex in it. If it advances
the plot/story/character, then it's welcomed. If it's there "just to
shock the viewer", then what you get is the furthest thing you can from
"edgy adult drama". Rather, "sex for sake of having it" makes it teenage
drama.
The Jack/John snog was funny, only due to the fist fight that went along
with it. A bit of a love/hate relationship perhaps? In that respect, it
had an actual use in the story line.

I agree that you have "declared" yourself to be anti-homosexual. The
problem is that historical trends indicate that the more hate a person has
for homosexuals, the more likely it is that they are in fact homosexual
themself. They fight so hard, in such a vile and disgusting way, because
they see the signs in themself and they don't like it. Their rabid hate
is infact a way to try to "convince themself" not to be gay.
It's ok to accept yourself Yads, you don't have to hate yourself.
I do not hate myself.

Well, not really, but we are sci-fi geeks that you will never meet in real
life, so our opinions don't really matter to you now do they? You don't
have to hide who you really are with us.
Of course you don't hate yourself. You hate pretending to be

Instead of standing in the closet with the door wide open, why not
take the big step and COME OUT?
It won't make any difference to the rest of us but you will have a
burden lifted from yourself.

I don't think that'll work. I've been trying to get him to come out
the closet as a troll for ages now. It's impossible, he just won't do
it. So imagine how much more impossible it'll be to get him to come
out the closet as a homosexual?
The fight was good, the establishment of their intimacy made it make
sense for Jack to trust him - and even more sense for the others to
trust him. They know he was intimate with, coworkers with, Jack, whom
they have trusted. He is them, only different. And if he and Jack are
fighting, well... who among them isn't angry with Jack right then? They
understand fighting with Jack.
So they trust John.
It is what makes the story work. And the betrayal of that, that
really gives the story depth. That John feels so sorry for killing
Jack, that really gets me, every time. Murder rehab may not have worked
exactly, but there is real emotion there. When John says he loves Jack,
he means it.

If Noah really did build the Ark, what did the lions and tigers eat? Prey
animals, like deer, would not have the numbers to support preditors for
quite some time.
If it really did rain enough for all the land to be covered with water,
where did it all go? Even taking into account for the ice, this planet
needs FIVE TIMES more water then what we have.
If Noah really did have to load a pair of every animal in existance in
the time frame given, how was he able to load 50 pairs a second? How was
he able to get animals like polar bears?
Gee Yads, looks like the bible fails logic...

No, "Destiny of the Daleks" states that elephants *aren't* pink, and
that taking the contrary viewpoint and adding logic can lead to an
irrelevant conclusion about Nellie.
How does this relate to The Master's analysis of the story of the Ark?

You might even think that such events are illogical. So rather then

Not a lot to report, really, but I haven't yet looked through all the
new features in detail.
The biggest difference for me, and the reason I upgraded, is that it
copes with non-us-ascii characters in the headers, instead of sending
<xx> and screwing up the thread indentation.
And the only annoyance so far has been a netiquette warning that doesn't
mentioning what rule I'm breaking and posts anyway after half a
