To be fair, it was Oswin Oswald who "gutted" the Daleks on the Asylum,
and in so doing scared the ones not in the Asylum so badly that they
made the mistake of asking for the Doctor's help.

> 2} Where was/is River?????

She doesn't have to be in Every episode.

While Oswin may have erased all memory of the Doctor from the Pathweb,
but sooner or later the Daleks will compare their databases with those
of other species (probably without the consent of those species), and
they're going to notice records describing the Doctor's anti-Dalek
activities.

<speculation>I think that answering "Doctor Who?" could become a major
obsession of the Daleks. In the past they mainly wanted to know how to
defeat him. Now they'll want to know what his identity is. And that may
be what leads to the Question being asked on the fields of
Trenzalore.</speculation>

I assume that her "story arc" is complete and that we may not see her
again - which would be a pity. Isn't she supposed to have already met
the Doctor for her first time and his last?

The oldest question in the universe, hidden in plain site.

I suspect we won't know the answer until the final episode of the
second half of this series.

Although I may be wrong.

But I'll wait and see :)

Even the Daleks go:

Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?
Doctor Who?

She saw the Doctor for the first time as a newborn at Demon's run. That
was neither the first nor the last time he saw her. By now there's
plenty of examples that they do not meet in strictly reversed order.

Have you seen the Season 7 trailer?
The Doctor: "You just changed the future!"
River Song: "It's called marriage, Honey."

I've no idea what they're talking about, but I think there's at least a
little more to her story arc.

No. I try to avoid trailers for fear of spoilers.

I hope there is. I think Alex Kingston is fantastic in the role.

Take it as it may, but Alex Kingston is seen in one of the trailers.

The story of River Song gets interesting.
