Wow, that was an interesting one. At the end there he was sounding
more than a bit like The Master when he said " when he said the laws
of time are mine". Actually I was hoping that could give a wedge to
bring the Galifry back by refighting the Time War.

I was disappointed that he didn't stay there (psychologically) for the
next story or two. It would have made his next encounter with the
Master SO much more interesting. Ah well, we'll see what does unfold.
