Hello,
Unfortunately, other than beach cottages and ocean view inn rooms, the vast
majority of rooms at VB are not in view of the ocean. I believe the main
reason is because of the sea turtles, they try to keep the light levels very
low on the beach. I'm sure if you call the resort directly they can tell you
if any 2br's do have an ocean view, but from what I've seen, the odds are
not that good.
Hope that helps,
Bill

Thanks for all the info!!! Are there any advantages from one building
to the other or the buildings that contain the two bedroom villas.
Which building would you prefer to be in. Location to main pool, etc.
Longest walk to inn building etc. Just trying to find out as much info
as possible, since we will have a family group of about 10 to 12 with
us. Thanks again, Barry

As you're standing with your back to the beach, facing the Inn - the
pool is just to the Inn's left. The 3 smaller buildings are either 2
past the pool and 1 at the other end of the Inn or 1 past the pool and
2 at the other end of the Inn. The one(s) on the pool side would be
closer to the pool, but honestly it's not a big resort so it shouldn't
really matter. The campfire pit is at the end past the building(s) at
the other end (not the pool end) of the Inn. So, each building has
pros/cons.
Also, unless you're eating at one of the restaurants/bar or looking in
the shop there's really not much reason to go into the Inn building if
your room's not in there. You'll park near or under YOUR building, so
you won't be dragging luggage from the Inn. The activities mostly
meet near the pool. But, the main thing to know - it's a very small
resort, so the furthest corner is not very far from the opposite
corner.
