While quite impressive, I wouldn't exactly say they went to WDW for ideas...
Those fountains are much closer to the Bellagio fountains than anything
currently in WDW.

Though the cool thing is, from everything I've heard, Wonderful World of
Color at DCA will blow this fountain away later this year.

They must have seen Tapestry of Nations at least a couple times judging
by the soundtrack!
