This has already been done - it's called Versed (pronounced ver-SAID).
It's an anesthetic commonly used for colonoscopies and other
semi-invasive medial tests where the patient needs to remain lucid for
positioning and feedback, but the procedure is so "uncomfortable" that
the patient would not want to remember it. (Sorry I had to bring this
up, but it has been over 180 days since the last colonoscopy thread, so
I was required to do so).

get caught. That is, unless you are a politician or major corporate
