30 years ago today, The Disney Channel went live into homes. Suffice
to say, it is still a presence in our lives, although the quality of
content is open to debate. In any case, 30 years is impressive.

Disney have basically shutdown LucasAnimation (reportedly sending everyone
home) and closed LucasArts ... but there is a new hope. ;-)
Apparently The Clone Wars Supervising Director Dave Filoni has given an
interview where he says he is in talks for a new animated Star Wars show.
