Not yet, not yet. The X-Books are an interlinked soap opera, so you have to
provide excessive angst from such a revelation. Lorna believes that Magnus
is not her father, she and Alex are fighting, Rahne has the hots for Alex,
and Pietro and Crystal are separated.
Therefore, make it a love pentangle, with Lorna and Pietro being interested
in one another. Then, just before their first kiss (and stretch this
proto-relationship subplot out over several months), enter Magneto. Not only
is she the daughter of the world's nastiest supervillain (or one of them, at
any rate), she will have been *that* close to an incestuous kiss with her own
half-brother. And worse, the feelings would still be there! Angst-for-years!
Anyway, that's how it *should* be done.
