Ummm, beyond Sirhna Sirhan's confession, and the "tape" (if that's
what you call the strip of film it's on) of Bobby Kennedy on the
Ambassador Hotel kitchen floor (along with the chaos of the
aftermath), there is no tape of the actual assassination that I'm a
aware of . . .

Aside from the different appearance, the "hero" of this particular strip
could be Robotman. Considering how many different origins RM had, I am now
going to presume that ... can't remember the robot's name ... is really
another incarnation of Robotman.

Assuming that the alternative is life imprisonment without possibility
of parole (as it is in California if the death penalty is a
possibility), isn't it a bit cruel to insist on imprisoning someone
who has, in fact, achieved redemption?

I have to weigh in on the side of no death penalty, regardless of the
certainty of proof or the heinousness of the crime. In my mind there
is no moral or ethical justification for society to kill another
person through its justice system: There always exists the possibility
