make money on high energy prices. Conservatives are rich they oppose

a site that had Lukovich cartoons, and didn't see any that matched the

The cartoon was in the July 4th issue of "The Week" a news magazine.
It was reprinted from the 6/19/08 issues of the Atlanta Constitution.
