Gummint safety signs can be pretty goofy. Somewhere in my ancient
collection of pictures is one I took of a friend standing next to a "no
fishing from bridge" sign - on the Royal Gorge bridge, over 1000 feet to
the river below.

No.

It's not the words, it's the image. The artifacts in the white border,
for example, suggest it has been rotated through a small angle.
