With several comics in Comics.com going color on a daily basis,
whether some artists are aware of it or not, it seems at least one is
not only aware of it, he's saying no!:

A few years ago the Toronto Star took it upon itself to colourize all
their comic strips, and they did it badly. One of the worst gaffes was
in Get Fuzzy. The Star coloured Rob's copy of the Beatles' "White
Album" green!
