Back when I was in high school - when guys notice such things the most -
a nearby neon sign, with fading black paint between letters, said:
"Clint's Barber Shop".

In the 60's and 70's, there was a British 'men's mgazine' called
"FLICK',
with the logotype set up to be quite ambiguous.

There was also one called 'Whitehouse', but that was a slap at
Mrs Mary Whitehouse, a notorious Mrs Grundy of the time, not
a reference to the American presidential palace.

[I was a kid, but of course the titles were visible at the news
stands]
