Rumors: Leifield artwork for sale!

I recently heard a rumor from one of my professors brother in law, that
the reason why Leifield got to do Heroes Reborn was that Leif owed Lee
so much money, that Lee said to Marvel to hire him so he could pay him
back. And this same professor said that Leifiled sold a hwole lot of his
original artwork to a dealer in the Monthly Convention we have here in
LA.

Can anyone corroborate this?

I can tell you that Rob had a booth and was personally hawking
$2.00 posters at the Shrine convention in LA a week ago. Why?
Well multi-million dollar lawuits against the entirety of Image comics
can be expensive.

I'm more intrigued by how things are going to proceed at your location,
Aaron. Is Peterson's Arcanum still supposedly to be done as Top Cow, or now
as Image? My, this political stuff is so... political. I don't imagine

Swp! You go to hose conventions! So do I! I've been there every month
for 5 years! We have to meet at the next one this November.

Now I wonder . . . have I already met you and you are plating this
insipid mind game by not telling me that you are swp? I'm getting a
